if you work in an industry that deals with customer service you have some sort of SERVICE QUALITY INDEX. this is pretty much a survey given to your customers to see how good your customer service is. well, in my industry a score of 80+ qualifies you for a promotion. this necessarily doesn't mean you'll get promoted, but you if there are openings, you are able to apply for the position. this month my branch received a 75. however, last month we were at 84. so, this means just because i got it last month does not mean i'm still eligible. i agree with this system, but it is very frustrating. for the past 9 months i've been at this branch, i have had a new manager and traded employees. i'm the only one who has stayed the whole 9 months. when is it my turn? when do i get to move up?
