DAY 2

Breakfast - 3 hard boiled egg - egg whites, + hummus and tortilla bread.
Lunch - Spinach, bellpepper, jalapeno, jack cheese quesadilla (on corn tortillas)
Snack - 1 cliff bar, small bag of beef jerky.
Dinner - Westlake soup (Fat Wong)

Workout - 1 hour of Just Dance on Wii
