DAY 4

I have yet to do a full workout.  However, the eating right part is in full effect.  This evening I may go to the gym or do Just Dance on Wii.  Either way, I'm working out tonight!  For now, it's time to figure out what kind of healthy breakfast I'm having today.  I've already got celery sticks in sandwich bags to eat with peanut butter as a snack for later.  So exciting!

....So I discovered that I left my lunch at home which was just celery sticks w/ peanut butter and hard-boiled egg whites.  My manager got pizza.  I had 2 slices - it was chicken w/ bellpeppers.  I didn't eat the crust.  I also drank a bottle of vitamin water.

Below is breakfast this morning - mini-bagel: tomato, jack cheese, chive and onion cream cheese.  1 hard boiled egg white, grapes, and strawberries.  I also had 2 packets of Starbuck's via coffee w/ no cream or sugar.


Here's dinner from last night; ground turkey spinach rolls.  The only fatty thing in it is probably the cheese. There's a whole lotta herbs in it too; oregano, basil, parsley and then spinach and cottage cheese.  My boyfriend also made artichoke dip and of course - the only thing fatty in that is cheese.  We used light mayo. =)
