DAY 1

(800) Breakfast - 2 Hardboiled eggs, a sausage patty, apple juice
(1300) Lunch - A turkey club, potato salad, jalapeno chips.

I get breakfast every morning at the hotel I work next to.  By 1p I know I'm hungry.  Therefore, I should snack throughout the day right?  I'm also allergic to gluten (it's been hard for me to admit to this).  So I need to watch my gluten intake.  I also smoke.  Not something I'm proud of, but I'm trying to be honest with myself and realistic.  I will take a picture every 2 weeks to show my progress.  The key word is DISCIPLINE! 

Today I plan to workout for an hour - Michael Jackson Experience on Wii.  If you haven't tried it, do it...it's definitely a work out!
