DAY 4 cont...

i didn't workout! wth!  Had sushi for lunch and couscous (spelling?) for dinner.  I also made mochi ice cream. But, the ice cream was not only gluten-free, it was soy, and fat free! yey!  I'm really disappointed that I didn't work out.  I'll work out again starting Monday.  2 days off. 5 days on.  No excuses.
