DAY 4

Last night, my boyfriend made some bomb ass SRIRACHA WINGS!  He even made them without flour because I'm gluten free <3.  We went out last night to celebrate my friend's bday and I had 2 drinks...AMF & a vodka tonic.  No beer.  Good right? 

My  workout was insanity - cardio circuit.  I kind of half-assed it because I was hella sore from the day before. 

This morning, I had 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 sausages, and a cup of coffee. 

Workout today - gym sesh?  8-minute abs?  We'll see.  I need to workout hard today because tomorrow I'll be at the Niner game early.  And probably won't be able to workout.  Unless I workout before the game.  Lord help me if I do!
