DAY 7

Last night's dinner was AMAZING!  Trader Joe's - salmon (already seasoned), red potatoes, and green beans.  I seasoned the red potatoes with rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper; then drizzled them with EVOO and put 'em in the oven.  The green beans, I boiled, threw them in a pan, and seasoned them w/ a little bit of garlice salt and pepper. Yummo!!!

My workout was FAT BURNING HIP HOP ABS.  It was sooo much fun!  Although it's not a major workout, we still broke a sweat.  So in addition to hip hop abs, I may add a cardio recover of insanity for next time. 

This morning I had a 5-hour energy and no breakfast =(.  I'm not hungry...but should I still eat something?  I'm not sure.  I'm working by myself too, so I probably won't have any lunch.  Uh oh.  no bueno.  Maybe I'll order something from across the street.
