DAY 9 (&8)

Major set back!  Work has been so crazy!  I know this is no excuse, but I've been exhausted these past few days.  I haven't worked out since Monday and I feel like a fatty.  HOWEVER, I have been eating gluten-free.  Today I am going to work out - NO EXCUSES! 

Breakfast has been consistent with eggs and sausage.  No lunch - just snacks.  Chips and a rockstar.  Dinner has been chicken, veggies, and fries.  Haven't been eating much, but haven't been exercising either. 

Stress is is crazy right now, and I have training in St.Louis next week (which I'm not excited about).  Anyway, this weekend I plan to stay home and regroup.
