BACK TO 1.

Oh my geez!  Can I get some consistency here? 

I gotta admit, I have been avoiding blogger because I know that I haven't been on track since day 9.  Got tired, lazy, and flat out fat.  This diet thing is hard.  But it's not a diet right?  It's a health issue. 

So now what?  Back to 1!

Consistency, determination, and a goal - that's all it takes right?  That's a loaded question.  I've been reevaluating some things in my life. 

No excuses, no bullshit - I just need to get right!
