Dieting/losing weight is not a new thing to me. I've lost weight before, but I know it wasn't the healthiest way. I worked out right, but I wasn't eating; at all. I at 3 meals a day, but I was probably only eating about 1000 calories/day. When I went back to regular eating, I gained it all back + and then some. So, this cycle allows me to eat, eat, and eat some more. I've had breakfast, and 3 snacks since 7:30a and am still full. I have had only about 300 calories. I still need to eat lunch. It's not hard, it's just believing in the system and sticking to it. So raise your water bottle up to DAY 2!
