CYCLE 1 (day 3 &4)

I did not work out on day 2 for 1 reason only.  I am a snowboarder and I did enough research to learn that snowboarding kills about 540 calories/hour.  I did about 5 runs which took me about 10-15 per run.  So day 3 I did fairly well.  I want to give my muscles a chance to recover from snowboarding for day 4.  So everything is coming together slowly but surely. 

I've been watching my portions and keeping track of labels.  Tomorrow is Monday and I will probably work out at the hotel.
