I've been really consistent in eating only the groceries I bought for myself last week. I'm not hungry and I am not in starvation mode. The kicker is working out. But I've list 6 pounds so far. So if I kicked it up a few notches I probably could've been close to hitting my target for this cycle. 12 days left. This weekend I will partying it up at my company Christmas party and probably too hungover to do anything on Sunday. Let's see if I can make up for not working out this week. One struggle is my boyfriend not wanting to work out some days. This causes me to not work out. This shouldn't be an excuse and I need to be more independent.
