HCG - P2D1

Today is the 1st day of the 500 calorie diet.  So far I've consumed one cup of coffee.

I don't have lunch -- because my lazy ass didn't prepare anything.  So far, I'm a little hungry - not starving.

My 2 loading days were definitely epic.  I ate chinese food, pizza, and Hometown Buffet.  Surprisingly enough, I only gained a pound.  I am so excited for this to start!

I think I got the lingo down;

CYLCE/ROUND OF HCG (R1)
PHASE 1 (P1) - LOADING
PHASE 2 (P2) - VLCD (VERY LOW CALORIE DIET)
PHASE 3 (P3) - MAINTENANCE PHASE (3 WEEKS)

There's a lot out there on what exactly you can and cannot eat and what vitamins to take.
I'm going to strictly follow Dr.Simeon's protocol and only follow the foods allow on that.
With that I will be taking a B-12 complex.

btw - Just ate 5 strawberries to curb the appetite.  I feel fine.
