Let's Be Honest

1. I do not want to work out
2. I don't have to eat - but I like to eat.
3. I hate the gym for many reasons but to sum up my top 3; 1. It stinks 2. I'm too conscious about people looking at me. 3. Too many people distracts me - It's like I have ADD.
4. I can't commit to ANY PLAN and I hate being held accountable.

Therefore!  How do we find a solution?  By addressing the problems.  Well we've got that covered.  So here we go.

1. Set realistic, and measurable goals and work my way up
2. Eat 3 meals - no more, no less and drink lots of water
3. Work out at home - there are plenty of activities to do
4. Log and Blog

Now here it comes the breakdown.  One week at a time.

Week.1. 7 days. That's it.

Goal - 3 pounds

FOOD
Breakfast - Hard-boiled eggs (2)
Lunch - Caprese salad sandwich + fiber bar
Dinner - Grilled chicken, veggies
Cheat day - Saturday
Dessert - fruit smoothie/fruits

EXERCISE
15-20 min cardio only
After work no exceptions
Walking
Wii games

REWARD
1 OUTFIT - TOP, BOTTOM, SHOES, ACCESSORIES

Now - how do I stick to this?  I need help!
