It's working!!!  You don't even know! Everything I've read on the reviews (of which I thought were all fake) are true.  I do have more energy and inspiration to actually follow through on this whole 'diet' thing.  I guess it puts you in a certain state of mind.  I figure - if I'm going to spend money on something like this, I better stick to its rules.  If I don't - then it's my own fault.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of using my brand new stove for the first time!  I was so happy to eat cooked food! I know I sound like a dork, but having no stove for a week was making my tastebuds fall asleep at the taste of mix greens for the 9th day in a row.  Now it's time to hop on all those delicious P2 recipes I've been reading about.  I made a quick dinner of beef and a frozen bag of stir fry veggies.  I used coconut oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed garlic.

I've realized that I suck at cooking beef!  I bought the beef slices from Safeway (good for stir fry) and I know that they don't take long to cook.  I made the mistake of putting the beef in the pot, and then the frozen veggies which caused the beef to dry out.  How the hell do I do this correct way?  I don't know how many times I've tried this and the beef always ends up dry or overcooked!
