POUNDS LOST - 1.2

Dinner last night:

I skipped lunch yesterday so I took in a little more than the regular amount.

roasted chicken (we took off the skin)
spinach salad with cucumbers and pico de gallo
2 gissini breadsticks.

TODAY:

Breakfast - cup of coffee
Snack - strawberries
Lunch - tuna salad w/ honey mustard dressing (ACV, mustard, dill, ginger)



I'm not that hungry however I do crave.  Only because I can't have what I want.  It's like if someone told you to not push the red button - all you want to do is push the red button. I'm totally trying to psych myself out right now.
