Yesterday after work I was STARVING! I got home and stuffed 2 breadsticks and 2 cherry tomatoes in my mouth to satisfy the craving. I'm not yet used to drinking this much water and totally forgot to drink as much as I'm supposed to. I've been buying water bottles; 24 pack from Safeway. We have a Brita, but I'm too lazy to keep on refilling it. I can measure how much water I've been drinking from the bottles anyway; 4 bottles=2 liters. Yesterday I had about 3.5 bottles worth of water.
I've realized that this is not going to be easy. But it's going to be well worth it! If I set my goal really high, and don't hit it - I'll still be happy when I hit my 'happy weight'. After this round I will definitely put my actual weight with my before and after pics. I'm still too insecure about it.
