HCG - R1P3D17

Ok, I know it's been awhile.  But - everything is great so far!  I've lost an additional 4 pounds since my last day of P2.  I've added running.  Who woulda thunk???  I started doing intervals: 5 min warm-up, run 30s, rest 30s, run 1m, rest 1m, up until 5 min.  Then work my way back down for a full hour.  It kills about 350+ calories depending on my speed.  I have been slowly adding simple carbs, but still no sugar to my diet.  I have to admit - this HCG stuff works!  I actually wrote a review on amazon.  I will be starting round 2 this weekend.  I can't wait for the loading days!!!  I haven't had any sweets, sodas, or any kind of sugars for almost 2 months now.

Sorry for the lack of updates, it's been stressful at work these past few weeks.  But I'm back on board and ready to bombard your browsers with colorful pictures!
