MY CURRENT WORKOUT ROUTINE

Currently I am taking a preworkout - 1MR (flavor: BLUEBERRY LEMON ICE).
It doesn't make my face tingle like C4 does.  It does give me a huge boost of energy right before my work out.  I mix it in my blender bottle with 8-10 oz of water about 20 minutes before my workout.

At the gym I warm up my muscles on machines.  I focus on a set of muscles for that day; i.e. legs or arms.  I do all the machines that focus on that muscle.  3 sets of 10 with 30 second rest in between.  I noticed that 30 seconds was a bit long, so I have slowly cut that down to 20 second rest.  After that I move on to a range of free weights and various exercises.

I always do circuits.  It definitely works out all muscles within the focus that day.  If I'm doing arms I do a range of exercises I find on pinterest or http://clients.venusindex.com/ (a diet and exercise plan for women).

I am in the gym for about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes.  I always do a circuit for abs no matter what.  I hit the mirror room (not sure what else to call it) and do leg lifts, planks, push ups, jump box, etc.

If I have any time or energy left, I do 10-15 minutes of cardio; treadmill, elliptical, rowing etc.

At the moment I am a little lazy and only doing about 2-3 gym trips a week.  I try to get out on the beach with my dog to do a HIIT cardio session or a jog.
